Brian Hoover started a welding business in 1998 working from a building on the family farm. In 2001, Brian Hoover Mechanical, Inc. became an incorporated business.

Growing steadily over the years and increasing the number of employees, the need for more space prompted a move to our current location. With that move, the company name changed to B & H Industries, Inc. The building we moved into was 2,500 sq. foot of office space and 7,500 sq. foot of shop space. Again, with the business growing the need for more space became apparent. In 2012, an addition of 5,500 sq. foot of shop space was added. An improved loading ramp and dock was added.

Beginning January 2015 our total shop space increased again and is now 38,000 sq. foot with five 5-ton overhead cranes.

In 2019 we began a building project and June 2020 we moved into our new 52,000 square foot building at 220 Allentown Road, Souderton.
